How is truth actively known?

...You know how there are those rare moments when things go inexplicably well? —maybe when a challenging task goes smoother than you expected? Then, you know how there are those times when everything that can go wrong does? —as if your timing and the world's timing are just off? Wouldn't it be nice for things to go smoothly more often than not? Wouldn't it be nice to get in a groove and maintain that? Wouldn't it be nice if our lives flowed effortlessly? How might we get there? With respect to specific activities, practice will help. But what about with respect to life overall?

Now imagine those moments in your life you might call magic—those times resonant with meaning, when "the stars align" to produce experiences of being fully alive. You know how in those moments it's as if new worlds are opened up? —or at least this one is revealed for what it might be? You know how in those moments insights come that stay with us as if we've acquired a new lens through which we now begin to see things?

These moments of flow and magic reveal a third way of knowing, beyond (or between) what might be called subjective and objective. It's an active way of knowing, fundamentally involving the rhythm with which we're engaged with our world. To understand how such moments happen and how we can ensure that they happen more often, it'll help for us to explore this way of actively knowing truth—when truth happens.
