Maslow's "6th level" of intrinsic values/self-transcendence needs: "The fully developed (and very fortunate) human being, working under the best conditions tends to be motivated by values which transcend his self" (Maslow [1969] pg. 4).
nondualism
• Rahner: "In the infinity of his unlimited pure being and in absolute identity beyond the duality of subject and object, God is absolutely present to himself, and in this unity of reality and knowledge beyond all duality he is the pure light which makes the object knowable and illuminated, even in the case of finite knowledge." (Rahner, K. [1978] Thomas Aquinas on the incomprehensibility of God [The Journal of Religion 58, supplement Celebrating the Medieval Heritage]).
